Current Sermon Series – The Life of David

David Title Series - Title Slide B WEB

David is one of the most complicated characters in the Old Testament. He was a shepherd boy, a celebrated soldier, an annointed king, a charismatic leader, a man of worship, and had a heart for God. Yet, he was an adulterer who plotted the murder of the man who’s wife he impregnated. He was a man of deep emotion, who poured out his heart to God again and again. He vacilated between fearful for the future and trusting completely in God.

Join us this summer at Waterbrook as we study the life of this complicated servant of God. We’ll look at points of his life, his writings, his experiences – and discover what we can learn for our own lives.

This series will include an incredible line up of wonderful preachers who are helping cover David’s story with their own unique perspective and approach. This isn’t a gathering of second-string teachers to cover summer vacation weeks, but a gathering of some the best teachers we have at Waterbrook to investigate such a deep life. Our list of summer preachers include men who have taught and preached locally and around the world. The complete schedule is listed below.
