Waterbrook Bible Fellowship is looking for someone with a heart and burden for children from Birth to 4th Grade to come serve as our new Pastor of Children’s Ministries. This position will oversee ministry to students from birth to 4th grades. The ability to develop relationships with church students and those within the broader community is important for this role. Waterbrook was founded on the principle of team leadership, so this pastor must be committed to working positively with the existing pastoral and volunteer staff, especially the team already working with our children. Management of programming, budgets, calendar, staffing, and curriculum is expected. A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in an area related to education, children or ministry. A full time salary will be provided with insurance benefits and cell phone.

Waterbrook Bible Fellowship is located in Wylie, Texas, and celebrated our 14 year anniversary in 2018. We are a non-denominational Bible church with a high value placed on discipleship through solid biblical teaching. We are committed to team leadership and missions. We have a strong contemporary worship ministry, including a student praise band that leads in our Sunday worship services on a regular rotation.
