Anxiety Seminar on Saturday, January 22, 2022 from 9:00 AM to Noon
Updated: Feb 2, 2022

Anxiety and depression are at record numbers in our society today. There seems to be little by way of solutions to deal with all the reasons to worry.
Some might say, “Just trust God more and worry less.” That isn’t helpful. Ignoring the stressful situations of life doesn’t just make it all go away.
On Saturday, January 22nd, Pastor Jeff Denton will present a new Saturday Seminar titled, “A Christian Perspective for Dealing with Stress and Anxiety”.
Designed to help those struggling to cope with stressful lives, this morning seminar will look at anxiety triggers, coping tools, and perspective management to help level anxiety reactions.
Pastor Denton will draw on research and over 25 years of nouthetic, pastoral and clinical counseling experience to help build a base of understanding about anxiety and how Christians should respond. He shares a perspective that explores initial levels of stress, helping others cope, and knowing when to seek additional clinical help.
This seminar will be hosted at Waterbrook Bible Fellowship on Saturday, January 22nd, from 9:00 AM to noon. It is a free event, but does require advance registration. Register today by clicking the Registration button below.
