Children's Ministry - 2021 at Waterbrook
Updated: Jan 2
Children are important to God and important to us at Waterbrook Bible Fellowship. We take their comfort and care seriously. Children's Ministry classes have adjusted at the present due to COVID. Below are how things are operating at this present time. Contact the church office and Children's Ministry Pastor Yun Li with any questions.
Waterbrook is currently offering two worship services. You can read about the differences in these services by clicking here. Due to the safety restraints, cleaning procedures and volunteer changes due to Covid, we are only offering children's ministry classes during the 11:00 AM service on Sundays.
11:00 AM Sundays
During the 11:00 AM hour we offer children's classes from birth through 4th grades.
All volunteers in our children's ministry classrooms currently wear masks at all times.
Birth - Preschool
Our youngest Waterbrook kids have classes in the 100 Building to be closest to parents in case of a need. Check-In and Check-Out happens outside the back doors of the auditorium. The building is completely sanitized after the early worship service, so children in these classes cannot typically be checked-in until after 10:45 AM. An usher, greeter or safety team member can assist parents with questions.
A Nursing Room is available for parents. See a safety team member for assistance in locating this room.
Kindergarten - 4th Grades
Elementary children meet in the 200 Building.
Parents Check-in and Check-Out children outside the entrance to the 200 Building under the canopy with a member of our safety team. Check-in begins around 10:40 AM for the 11:00 AM classes.
Children are also getting supplemental lesson and craft materials for use with the "Waterbrook AT HOME" videos created by our Pastor of Children's Ministry Yun Li and her ministry staff. These links are available each week via email or the WBF Children's Facebook page.
WEE SCHOOL at Waterbrook
This weekday preschool operates on the campus of Waterbrook Bible Fellowship as an aid to parents who need childcare or want a preschool educational experience for their children. Wee School is under the leadership of Director Teresa Nash. You can learn more about Wee School at Waterbrook on the Wee School Facebook page or by contacting the church office.
