June 7
Scavenger Hunt
Date: June 7
Time: 6-7:30pm
Location: Start at Waterbrook
Cost: Free
Join us on Wednesday, June 7, for a fantastic family scavenger hunt! You'll compete as families across a host of challenges that will be a mix of challenging and funny. Great memories will be made, so make sure you get your car filled up and your family ready to go! You can compete as a whole family, so kids in other ministries can be part of the challenges as well.

Location: Texas Skatium (Rowlett)

Get ready to show off your 80’s skills at Waterbrook Skate Night at Texas Skatium. The event is FREE for all families and attendees, so make sure you come and invite your friends! If you don't want to skate, you can still come and hang out with us from 5-8pm. We want to pack out the place, so no matter your age, come and join us for our May Family Night event at Texas Skatium!
Note: If you want to rent roller blades or a skate helper, those will require you to pay additional costs.
June 14
Wild & Crazy Games
Date: Wednesday, June 14
Time: 6:30-7:30pm
Location: Waterbrook
Cost: FREE
The most anticipated summer event is now for the WHOLE family! On June 14, you'll compete as a family in some wild and crazy games, including the infamous Wild & Crazy Smoothie! Since it's a Family Night event, you'll play as a family and we promise it'll be one of the most fun and goofy events of the summer. We'll be inviting the whole church to come out and watch, so get ready!
June 21
Nerf & Nachos
Date: Wednesday, June 21
Time: 6:00-7:00pm
Location: Waterbrook
Cost: FREE
What could be better than nerf battles and nachos? Not much! Make sure you plan to be at Waterbrook on Wednesday, June 21, for an interactive battle for Nerf supremacy! We're kicking off the games at 6pm!
June 28
Hawaiian Waters
Date: Wednesday, June 28
Time: 10am-6pm
Location: Hawaiian Waters Garland
4550 N Garland Ave, Garland 75040
Cost: $20/person ($60 family max)
New name, same great fun! Join us at Hawaiian Waters on June 28 for a full day of swimming fun! The cost is $20 per person, but a max of $60 per family and includes a full day pass to the water park. Want to avoid the heat? We've got you covered as we've secured a pavilion for the day with our group rate. So, grab some friends, plan when you want to come and get registered today!
**NOTE: All kids and preteens MUST be accompanied at the park with a parent. 7th-12th graders may show up during the Student Ministry time slot (1pm-6pm) and may be dropped off at the entrance of the park.**
July 5
Arts & Crafts
Date: Wednesday, July 5

Avoid the heat by joining us for an Arts & Crafts night at Waterbrook on Wednesday, July 5. Get ready for some fun crafts and projects with your Waterbrook Kids ministry team!
Kids Camp
Date: ALL WEEK
During the week of July 10, our Kids Ministry will be at Girls Getaway and Warrior Week, so there will be no Wednesday night activity that week.
Soccer Camp
Date: Tuesday-Saturday
Time: 9am-12pm
Location: Old City Park
During the week of July 17, Waterbrook is hosting an Ambassador Soccer camp for kids, so there will be no Wednesday night activity that week. To learn more about soccer camp, check out this page here. You can also register for soccer camp here.
July 26
Bowling
Date: Wednesday, July 26
Time: 7:30pm-9:30pm
Location: Strike+Reel

Cost: $15/person ($45 max per family)
Our last Family Night summer activity is bowling at Strike+Reel in Garland. The night will be filled with bowling (shoe rental included, food, unlimited drinks, and a game card! We only have 60 spots, so make sure you get registered quick for this awesome family event!
August 2
Ice Cream Social
Date: Wednesday, August 2
Time: 6:30-7:30pm
Location: Waterbrook
Cost: FREE
Waterbrook Kids will be hosting an Ice Cream social for all kids on Wednesday, August 2. This event will start at the same time as Meat-A-Palooza, but will end at 7:30pm before Meat-A-Palooza is over.
June 7
Service Project
Date: Wednesday, June 7
Time: 8:30am-12:30pm
Location: Five Loaves Food Pantry (Sachse)
Cost: FREE
Preteens! Join us a special service project just for our 5th and 6th graders serving at the Five Loaves Food Pantry in Sachse. Our morning will consist of packing food and assembling boxes so wear something comfortable you can work hard in! No sandals or flip-flops, tennis shoes or sneakers only! We'll meet at the church at 8:30am for breakfast and games. Vans will pull out at promptly 9:30am! We will arrive back at the church by 12:30pm for your parents to pick you up!

Join us for our first ever preteen Poolside bible study! Bring a swimsuit (shirt/tank top required for ALL students) and a friend to swim, eat dinner, and jump in to God's word. It's going to be a great night, so we'll see you at the Mankin's on the 21st of June! Parents, you are welcome to hang out at the Mankin's house as well to meet Missy (one of our Preteen leaders).

July 5
Game Night

Join Pastor John as we play a variety of minute to win it style games! It's going to be a fun night of competition and laughs, so plan on inviting a friend to join us for our July Game Night!
Kids Camp

July 19
Movie Night
Date: Wednesday, July 19
Time: 6:30pm-8:30pm

You bring the snacks and blankets, we've got the movie! Join us on Wednesday, July 19, in the Youth Room for a movie night and snacks. We will determine the movie later this summer and let parents know prior to showing it.
July 26

August 2
Meat-A-Palooza (Guys) | Mom/Daughter Dinner
Date: Wednesday, August 2
Time: 6:30-9:00pm
Calling all dads and sons! Our annual Meat-A-Palooza extravaganza is happening on August 2. This is a great night to eat some incredible food and enjoy a great talk directly targeted for men and young men! Meat-A-Palooza will run from 6:30-9:00pm.
Moms and daughters, we couldn't forget about you! We will be sending you out on a special mom/daughter dinner that night as well. We will determine the location and timing of the dinner as we get closer to August. Make sure to check your emails for updates as the summer progresses.
June 7
Service Project
Date: Wednesday, June 7
Time: 1-5pm
Location: Feed My Starving Children - Richardson
Cost: FREE
Students! We're going to meet at the church at 1pm and then head out to serve with Feed My Starving Children. This is an incredible ministry that serves families in great need. We will be packing food and assembling boxes so wear something comfortable you can work hard in! No jewelry. We will make a Sonic stop on our way back to the church after serving so bring some money for ice cream!
NOTE: Vans will pull out a promptly 1:15pm so don’t be late!
Registration deadline is Sunday, June 4, due to the need to secure drivers for the event.

Mission Colorado
Date: ALL WEEK
During the week of July 3, many of our students and leaders will be serving in Loveland, Colorado on our high school mission trip, so there will be no Wednesday night activity that week.
